We can provide input regarding the selection of an appropriate funding source, work with the designated lender, and can provide the data often required by lenders, appraisals, denomination offices, etc.

Planning, Design and Permitting

Malkoff and Associates offers the expertise necessary to shepherd your church project through the myriad of federal, state and local approvals. We will assist you with project conceptual-ization, planning, design and permitting. We can represent your Church before agencies, public interest groups, and private sector entities. And we will help you develop permanent records of all plans, approvals, clearances and permits.
